We recently profiled five good books for your Kindle Fire as part of our media series for the new Amazon tablet. This time around we showcase music.

This list (like all our other lists) is course subjective, not everyone is going to agree (or like) our picks but that won’t stop us from sharing our best titles with you. Hopefully you will like and if not, do share your faves below in the comment area please. The titles below are all fun, mostly in the pop category and all a great addition to your Kindle Fire music collection.

1. Rihanna – this pop sensation is just plain fun. Her tunes are lively, colorful and great “get up and dance” music. Her latest album is entitled “Loud” and this tour de force is great for work out tunes as well. Dance, dance, dance.

2. Pink – this lovely songbird has a way with words, don’t you agree? Her latest is “Funhouse” and it’s 100% pure awesome. Every song on the album is good. We especially like Perfect, So What and Please, Don’t Leave Me. A must in your music file collection.

3. Pitbull – he’s new, he’s hip and he brings the goods. The self described Cuban bad boy has exploded all over the music scene since coming out over a year or so ago. In 2011 we’ve seen him everywhere – dozens of magazine covers, the talk shows, late night shows, top award events, etc. His album entitled “Planet Pit” is an adrenaline pumping tune fest and IMHO another good title for your Kindle Fire.

4. Katy Perry – we love this little lady. Her tunes are playful and wonky, part bubbly part high school days silly – but all fun. Her second album “Teenage Dream” is a run away hit and a definite MUST for your Amazon tablet. With songs like Last Friday Night, Firework, California Girls and The One That Got Away” you just can’t go wrong with Katy.

5. Maroon 5 – these guys have a hit with Hands All Over, their latest release. This album has “Moves Like Jagger”, a fun and catchy tune that will get your buns moving whether you like it or not. Great too for that boring commute to work or back home.
